Payconiq is evolving: here’s what you need to know
Between September and December 2025, your current Payconiq payment solution will gradually transition to Wero, a new mobile payment platform launched at the European level and supported by Belgium’s major banks.
New name, same service

The Payconiq app will be rebranded, but QR code payments will remain available.

Your pricing remains unchanged.

You’ll continue to work with Bancontact Payconiq Company for the management of your payment solution.
What this means for Monizze payments

Once your business has migrated to Wero, you will no longer be able to accept meal voucher payments via the Payconiq QR code.

But no need to worry, Monizze card payments via your payment terminal will remain fully operational and are not affected by this change.

To ensure a smooth transition, Payconiq will notify you by email one week before your scheduled migration date.
