The long experience of GOPA Com. in the field of communication and analysis makes it the key partner of the European institutions. “Our main client is the European Commission. Among other things, we work to find the right personnel for our clients and, at the same time, our company keeps growing – we now have around one hundred employees. These two factors create a significant workload for the human resources department in terms of remuneration management,” says Hélène, Financial and Administrative Director of the company.

The HR department of GOPA Com. has long used tools such as Excel files or the software of its social secretariat for this type of task. Now, the team wants to simplify and optimize its procedures. “With the help of external consultants, we realized that the growing development of the company required developing a more elaborate HR policy.
